Christopher Lind (Managing Broker)

Chris is the third generation at Indian River Land Company, Inc. Chris began working at Indian River Land Company after graduating from college with his degree in Business Administration. Chris received his Real Estate License in 2006, and received his Broker's License in 2011. He is currently the companies Managing Broker handling the day-to-day operations of the company.

Born and raised in Sussex County, Chris has a deep knowledge of all areas in Sussex County. 

Actively involved in the real estate industry, Chris was the 2018 President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®. In the past, Chris has served on the Association's MLS Committee, was the past chair of the Association's Young Professionals Network and the Bylaws Committee. In 2023, Chris returned to the Association and is currently serving as a 3 year Director on the Board. 

Chris and his wife reside in the Millsboro area and they enjoy boating and spending time on the water.
