Christopher Lind (Managing Broker)

Chris is the third generation of his family to be part of Indian River Land Company, Inc. After graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration, he joined the company and began building on his family’s longstanding commitment to serving the local real estate community.

Chris earned his Delaware Real Estate License in 2006 and his Broker’s License in 2011. Today, as the company’s Managing Broker, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Indian River Land and brings extensive experience and local expertise to every aspect of the business.

A lifelong resident of Sussex County, Chris has an in-depth knowledge of the area and its communities. His commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond his work at the company. He previously served as President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® in 2018 and has served on the Association’s MLS Committee, Chair of the Bylaws Committee, and the Young Professionals Network. In 2023, Chris returned to the Association, and he is currently serving as its once again as the 2026 President.

Chris and his wife live in the Millsboro area and enjoy spending time outdoors, especially boating and being on the water. His deep roots in Sussex County, combined with his professional experience and dedication to the community, make him a trusted resource for clients throughout the region.
